PuriFone – a mobile phone trading company – provides TAG approved internet-removal services for a limited range of Nokia phone models. This is available only via TAG, as PuriFone does not offer retail services.

Once connectivity is removed, all internet features are completely disabled, i.e. it is not possible to use apps or features which require internet connectivity.

Devices can be dropped off at select TAG offices with an average service duration of 3 business days. Price is £15 per handset, and clients are advised to backup important data as the removal process will delete all data from the device.

If you are unable to backup your Nokia phone, PuriFone can upon special request backup and restore your data for an aditional fee of £5.
